Commercial HVAC Systems From Leading Brands
We work with trusted brands including Panasonic, Mitsubishi Electric, and Daikin, supplying and installing commercial HVAC systems across Auckland. Our team delivers commercial air conditioning installation for offices, retail spaces, and other commercial buildings, with systems selected to suit the layout, usage, and demands of the site.

The Benefit of Choosing Us As Your Commercial Air Conditioning Specialists
A high-performing commercial HVAC system starts with the right advice. Choosing the right specialist means getting a system that is better matched to the building, better planned for day-to-day use, and better positioned to perform reliably over time.
Better indoor air quality through better system planning
We look at how the building is used, how air needs to move through the space, and what the environment demands from day to day. That helps us recommend commercial air conditioning systems that support cleaner airflow, better comfort, and more effective ventilation.
Lower running costs through properly matched commercial HVAC solutions
An oversized or poorly selected system can create avoidable costs from the start. We help clients choose commercial HVAC solutions that suit the site properly, helping improve efficiency, reduce unnecessary strain on the system, and keep long-term running costs more manageable.
Support for compliance and building requirements
As experienced specialists in HVAC for commercial buildings, we understand that comfort is only part of the picture. We help businesses choose systems that also support ventilation requirements, building standards, and the wider practical demands of operating a commercial property.
Scalable commercial HVAC installation
We don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Our team recommends and installs scalable systems based on the layout, occupancy, and day-to-day demands of the building, so the setup works properly now and can continue to support the space as needs change.
Tested before we sign off
Every commercial air con installation is fully tested before handover, and we make sure you know how to use your system properly before we leave

excellent team, installation went very well, I'm very pleased,
would certainly recommend.
Very efficient install, great communication and really easy to deal with. Would recommend to anyone needing heat pumps installed.
Steve and the team provided excellent service from start to finish. Steve came out for a quote within hours of my initial enquiry. He was patient with me bumbling my way around the old aircon and heatpump units and helped me find an economical solution to bring my heating up to Healthy Homes specification and double-checked the assessment to ensure that we chose the right wattage and capacity.
Apart from its utility, the unit, a 73KW Panasonic number looks a million bucks in situ and has subtly facelifted the space on account of being a more modern, white unit.
Regretfully, I have forgotten the name of the technician who came to do the installation but he was excellent and updated the circuitry which will solve some issues with tripping the previous setup had.
They removed the old unit while they were at it and placed the outtake in a better location even though it was a last minute change.
effective product after paying $14,000. Do not recommend.
The installation team were fast, efficient and friendly to chat with, all of the rubbish was removed from the premises and the house was as clean as it possibly could be, in view of the muddy state of the garden. The quote was less than at least two competitors.
The ducting has all been put in the ceiling, so there are no unsightly ducts running all over the place, this is over and above what I thought I was quoted for , furthermore I was relieved to establish that my ceiling was quite clean and that there are no rodents in there (additional free service) which is very much appreciated, based on my fear of the fury little fiends!!!
During the course of the installation, the lawnmower guy came and did the lawns, as he came through the gate, some of the grass and mud splashed onto the white outside wall. Quite some time later, one of the team used the outside hose to clean off his ladder, he noticed the messy wall and used the hose to clean it off, while he was there.
Wow, just wow, it's the little things like that which turn a positive customer experience into an absolutely delightful one!!
I have no hesitation in recommending or even actively encouraging other customers to use this service.
Air Conditioning Group is a credit to all New Zealand installers and I only wish that other companies showed the same pride, expertise and exceptional customer service that I witnessed today.
Signing off, in shorts and a T shirt admiring my beautiful air conditioning with a Pinot Gris!!
Again, thank you for your excellent service!
Penny Cotton & Simba!!
Was upfront at quoting about need for using of powerboats due to size of unit ( and the only persons to do so! ) very very professional.
Regards Caroline W
The recommendation and selection of units to use was done well.
Matt and his install team were helpful, clear and efficient, gave us a head's up on some maintenance he though we might like to look into they noticed when in the roof space (not related to them) also returned to reposition one of our vents after we felt it was in the wrong position with no questions asked or additional cost.
Will definitely use again should the need arise.
Once they arrived at my home, Steve and Matt quickly assessed the situation and provided me with a detailed plan of action. They were able to fix my air conditioning unit in no time at all, and I was blown away by their knowledge and skill.
Not only did Steve and Matt do a fantastic job, but they were also incredibly polite and friendly. They made sure to clean up after themselves and even gave me some tips on how to maintain my air conditioning unit in the future.

Commercial HVAC FAQs
While both systems provide heating and cooling, commercial heat pumps are built for higher capacity and extended daily operation. They’re designed to manage larger spaces, varying occupancy levels and more complex zoning needs. Commercial setups also require a greater focus on ventilation design, energy management, and compliance with building codes.
The right solution depends on the layout, function and size of your building. A small office may suit a high-wall or cassette system, while a large warehouse might require a ducted commercial cooling system. We conduct detailed assessments to recommend the best fit with consideration around airflow, noise, energy efficiency and compliance.
Yes. Most of our commercial HVAC solutions use reverse-cycle systems that provide both heating and cooling from a single unit. These setups are common in ducted and multi-split applications, allowing for complete temperature control throughout the year without separate equipment.
Absolutely. As a trusted commercial HVAC supplier, we don’t just install and walk away. We provide detailed system handovers, user training where needed, and ongoing maintenance options. Our local team remains available for troubleshooting, upgrades or service queries long after the install is complete
The cost of a commercial AC unit will vary depending on the size of your space, system type and installation requirements. Smaller systems for offices may start from a few thousand dollars, while larger commercial HVAC systems for warehouses or multi-level buildings will be significantly higher.
