We bought the Diaken central heating system in August 2021. From day one, our lounge of 5 bedroom house, never gets warm enough and mostly is just cold as switched off. We requested help for few times. They attendeded once and replaced the thing and still no effect. Very hard to get in touch. Not soeffective product after paying $14,000. Do not recommend.

Had a heat pump installed today after only ordering it a week ago and I can’t rate the installers highly enough. They were punctual, friendly, communicated the process well, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall a stellar job.

We just had five air conditioning units installed by Air Conditioning Group. Firstly, they have been punctual from their initial quotation and communication has been great. They arrived on time at 8 am and got straight into installing the units without delay. They were professional, well mannered and organised. They completed the installations at around 5pm and we are very happy with the result. They will be installing another three units at our place of business next week. We highly recommend them! I have happily paid the outstanding balance, coming from Scottish ancestry, this is high praise indeed!!The installation team were fast, efficient and friendly to chat with, all of the rubbish was removed from the premises and the house was as clean as it possibly could be, in view of the muddy state of the garden. The quote was less than at least two competitors.The ducting has all been put in the ceiling, so there are no unsightly ducts running all over the place, this is over and above what I thought I was quoted for , furthermore I was relieved to establish that my ceiling was quite clean and that there are no rodents in there (additional free service) which is very much appreciated, based on my fear of the fury little fiends!!!During the course of the installation, the lawnmower guy came and did the lawns, as he came through the gate, some of the grass and mud splashed onto the white outside wall. Quite some time later, one of the team used the outside hose to clean off his ladder, he noticed the messy wall and used the hose to clean it off, while he was there.Wow, just wow, it's the little things like that which turn a positive customer experience into an absolutely delightful one!!I have no hesitation in recommending or even actively encouraging other customers to use this service.Air Conditioning Group is a credit to all New Zealand installers and I only wish that other companies showed the same pride, expertise and exceptional customer service that I witnessed today.Signing off, in shorts and a T shirt admiring my beautiful air conditioning with a Pinot Gris!!Again, thank you for your excellent service!Penny Cotton & Simba!!

Had a seamless experience with these guys. Called up with a pretty tough install brief which a couple other businesses couldn't find a solution for. But they came back with a really good plan which works perfectly. Good communication throughout the whole job and walked me through the stages as have never done something like this before. Aircon is a great team: they're easy to work with and know what they're doing. They managed to source two bedroom-sized heat pumps for me (even at the end of a long hot summer when no one had any stock) and got them installed quickly and neatly. Two months on and the heat pumps are working great! I'm very happy with their work.
