Multi-Split Heat Pumps from Auckland's Best Brands

We supply and install Panasonic, Daikin, and Mitsubishi Electric multi-split heat pumps throughout Auckland. Whether you're considering a Mitsubishi multi-split heat pump for several bedrooms, a Daikin multi-split heat pump for an open-plan home, or a Panasonic system for a growing family property, we'll help you find a solution that balances comfort, efficiency, and flexibility.

Control Temperatures Room-by-Room

Control Temperatures Room-by-Room

Every room is different, and so is how you use it. A multi-room heat pump allows each space to be set to a different temperature, so you’re not heating the spare bedroom just because the lounge is chilly.

Save Space with One Outdoor Unit

Forget the need for a tangle of outdoor units along the side of your house. A split system heat pump connects multiple indoor heads to just one outdoor system, saving space and simplifying the installation.

Energy-Efficient Climate Control for the Whole Home

Smart inverter technology ensures each multi-split air conditioner adapts its output to the specific needs of each room. You get energy savings where you can, and reliable output where you need it.

Flexible Indoor Unit Options (High Wall, Floor Console, or Ceiling Cassette)

With a multi-split heat pump setup, you’re not locked into one type of indoor unit. Choose a wall-mounted system for the living room, a floor console for the bedroom, and a ceiling cassette for the dining area. It’s all about whatever works for your space.

Our Multi-Split Heat Pump Installation Process

From our initial consultation through to final commissioning, we pride ourselves on keeping our installation process transparent and straightforward.

Tell Us About Your Space

We assess the room sizes, layout, insulation, and how each space is used, then discuss what you need from your multi-split heat pump.

We Recommend the Right Unit

We identify suitable multi-split heat pumps based on capacity, room conditions, and your preferred features, then explain the available options clearly.

Professional Installation

Our team carries out multi-split heat pump installation with careful attention to placement, airflow, safety, and finish, ensuring the system is installed neatly and correctly.

Testing, Handover, and Ongoing Support

Once installed, we test the system, check performance across each indoor unit, and show you how to use the controls effectively. We also remain available for servicing, maintenance, and ongoing support.

Outstanding execution. The job involved removing gas under floor ducting and replacing with heat pump ducting in our renovated villa. There were many challenges.Heat pump ducting needed to be bigger than the gas ducting and access was limited by downstairs bedroom, steel beams and the vents had to be made slightly larger. In the kitchen there was very poor access due to a structural beam in the way. The gas people just crunched up the pipe and wrapped duct tape around it. ACG custom made a tin trough to perfectly fit in the floor. The system also needed inlet vents for air and this was cleverly accessed and designed using the downstairs hallway and cupboard. All the old rubbish was taken away and the job was left spotless. The final result is much better than the gas system as we now also have cooling in the summer. This was a very complex job and I would doubt other aircon companies would have been able to complete such a skilled job. I highly recommend ACG.

We needed our air con de-gassed for some other work to be done on our property. Even though Steve said they were fully booked, he went the extra mile to try to help and managed to fit us in at very short notice. The guy who came to do the job was really efficient and good. Thank you so much for the fantastic customer service!

Responsive. Affordable. Quick. Steve and the team provided excellent service from start to finish. Steve came out for a quote within hours of my initial enquiry. He was patient with me bumbling my way around the old aircon and heatpump units and helped me find an economical solution to bring my heating up to Healthy Homes specification and double-checked the assessment to ensure that we chose the right wattage and capacity. Apart from its utility, the unit, a 73KW Panasonic number looks a million bucks in situ and has subtly facelifted the space on account of being a more modern, white unit. Regretfully, I have forgotten the name of the technician who came to do the installation but he was excellent and updated the circuitry which will solve some issues with tripping the previous setup had.

I would give 10 starts to these guys if I could. Steve replied and came around to quote almost immediately after my inquiry. Our layout was a bit tricky, but he figured out the best way to position the heat pumps. On the day, Ethan and Matt turned up on time, which was already a win for me. They were professional, engaging, checkin in with me and being respectful. They worked so hard to finish the install and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Everything looks and works perfect. Highly recommend to everyone and will be using their services again for my parent's house. Great work team 👍

Had full house ducted installed this week and so far so good. Good service through and the team did a decent job on the fitting. They removed the old unit while they were at it and placed the outtake in a better location even though it was a last minute change.

We bought the Diaken central heating system in August 2021. From day one, our lounge of 5 bedroom house, never gets warm enough and mostly is just cold as switched off. We requested help for few times. They attendeded once and replaced the thing and still no effect. Very hard to get in touch. Not so effective product after paying $14,000. Do not recommend.

Had a heat pump installed today after only ordering it a week ago and I can’t rate the installers highly enough. They were punctual, friendly, communicated the process well, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall a stellar job.
